Furniture, made exactly as drawn.

A manufacturing unit for architects, interior designers and brands. Send us your drawings. We return shop drawings, build in our own factory, and deliver to site, under your name.

We are not a showroom and we don't design homes. We are the workshop behind the designer: a production floor that turns your drawings into furniture that fits, finishes and lasts.

Who we build for

Made for the people who specify.

Whether it is one kitchen or forty store fixtures, you get the same drawings, the same checks and the same person on the phone.

01

Architects

Your detail, built as drawn. We read your GFCs, return shop drawings for sign-off and hold your tolerances across every unit.

02

Interior designers

A production floor you can rely on without running one. Your client sees your name. We stay in the background.

03

Brands and business owners

Repeatable fixtures for stores, offices, restaurants and hotels. The fortieth unit matches the first, and roll-outs run to a schedule.

What we make

Every piece of built-in furniture on your drawing.

Residential, retail, hospitality and workspace joinery, cut, edged, pressed and finished in one factory.

Modular kitchens

Modular kitchens

Carcasses, shutters, tall units and islands in BWP plywood or HDHMR, with hardware named by brand and model.

Wardrobes and storage

Wardrobes and storage

Hinged, sliding and walk-in wardrobes, study units, TV walls and vanities, factory-finished and site-ready.

Retail fixtures

Retail fixtures

Display walls, showcases, cash counters and back-of-house storage for showrooms and mall stores.

Hospitality joinery

Hospitality joinery

Bar counters, banquettes, back-bars, reception desks and room joinery for restaurants and hotels.

Workspace furniture

Workspace furniture

Workstations, cabin furniture, pantry units and storage walls for offices and studios.

Panelling and custom pieces

Panelling and custom pieces

Fluted and veneered wall panelling, doors, consoles and one-off pieces made to your drawing.

The factory floor

Six stages. One roof.

Nothing leaves the building between the first cut and the final coat, so tolerances and finishes stay in our hands, not a sub-contractor's.

Enclosed spray paint booth with drying area
  1. 01

    Panel and beam saw

Full boards broken down into square, accurately sized panels with chip-free straight cuts. Every unit starts here.

  2. 02

    CNC nesting router

Shaped parts, internal cut-outs and every hinge, dowel and hardware hole cut from one program, so parts line up first time.

  3. 03

    Routing and profiling

Grooves, profiled shutters, shaker frames and recessed details, kept consistent across a full set of fronts.

  4. 04

    Automatic edge banding

Exposed edges sealed and trimmed flush by machine, for a clean line that resists moisture, impact and peeling.

  5. 05

    Hydraulic cold press

Laminates and veneers bonded to ply, MDF or particle board under even, full-surface pressure. Flat, firm, no bubbles.

  6. 06

    Enclosed paint booth

A dust-controlled spray booth with drying and its own paint team, for matte, satin and gloss PU and painted finishes.

How an order runs

From drawing to site, in six steps.

You approve before we cut. You see progress while we build. You know what is arriving and when.

  1. Step 1

    Send the drawings

GFCs, elevations, a BOQ or even a marked-up sketch. Tell us the site, the quantity and the date you need it.

  2. Step 2

    Itemised quote

Priced line by line, with board, finish and hardware written out by name, so you can compare it fairly and pass it on.

  3. Step 3

    Shop drawings and samples

We return production drawings and finish samples. Nothing is cut until you sign them off.

  4. Step 4

    Production

Cut, edged, pressed and finished under one roof, with progress updates and photos as it moves through the floor.

  5. Step 5

    Quality check and dispatch

Every unit is checked against the drawing, labelled by room and position, and packed for the site.

  6. Step 6

    Installation

Our own fitters install, or we hand over to your contractor with a clear installation pack.

Working with us

A partner that stays in the background.

Your name stays on the project

No Furnio branding on site and no contact with your client unless you ask us to. The project is yours.

Drawings are signed off before we cut

Shop drawings and samples go to you first. What arrives on site is what you approved.

Specifications in writing

Board, finish and hardware are named in the quote and on the drawing, never "equivalent" after the fact.

One point of contact

One person who knows the job from first drawing to final fix, and answers the phone.

Questions

Before you send a drawing.

Do you work only with architects and designers?

We work with architects, interior designers, contractors and businesses that need furniture made in volume or to a specification. We do not design homes for end clients, so we never compete with the people who bring us work.

What do you need from me to quote?

Drawings or a BOQ, the site location, quantities and your target date. If the specification is not final, we can quote two or three options side by side.

Can you work under our brand?

Yes. We can deliver and install without any Furnio branding, and all communication with your client goes through you.

Do you install, or only supply?

Both. Our own team can install across Delhi NCR, or we supply flat-packed or assembled units with an installation pack for your contractor.

Can I see the factory before placing an order?

Please do. Book a visit, bring your drawings and we will walk you through the floor and show you finish samples.

Do you take repeat or roll-out orders?

Yes. Programs are saved, so a store, office or hotel fixture can be repeated across sites with the same dimensions and finish.
